just today, we were having problems with the sound processor in Princess Diaries 2, and a lady was able to make her way up to the booth. I was at the sound rack, trying to get the sound fixed, when she came around the corner, and yelled at me to "rewind the movie" because she had missed the first 5 to 10 minutes. I peeked around the sound rack, and asked her to come here, I showed her the platter system, and asked her how she would rewind it. She just looked at me and walked away

Yeah, Steven I wanted to know how the woman got into the projection room, just like Emma asked.
But I have to admit, A few years back at a location that had a BAR on the first level, and the projection room backed onto the Bar. Often I would leave the projection room door open just so people having a drink could have a sneak peak (if they so felt compelled - though the entry was marked staff only) at EXACTLY how their film was getting to screen. I wanted people to see the projectors and platters, as I was sick of people thinking we just use DVD's or video tape.
So what happens, one saturday night I hear a couple hot babes peaking in saying, 'WHOA look at the size of that video tape' !! I was thinking of showing them something BIGGER, but just continued lacing up with a smile.
