YOU CAN'T RENT A F**KING VIDEOTAPE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD! A VIDEOTAPE IS WORTH 18 BUCKS, WHAT THE F**K MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN RENT AN $800 VIOLIN WITHOUT IN SOME WAY PROVING CREDITWORTHINESS!

Another thing that makes me mad is customers who try to use a debit card with a visa/mastercard logo. We can accept them as payment but not as security. (The reason is, a credit card implies creditworthiness, a debit card just proves that you have a checking account.)

The idiots who are convinced that the $1,000 sax they just took home is covered under their homeowners insurance and are completely unwilling to pay $5/month to insure the thing! Most homeowners policies will not cover it (the thing about us owning the instrument) and in the few exceptions where it does, it does not cover the full cost of the instrument and it will never cover repairs (which our insurance does).

Another thing that makes me mad--completely unrelated--is Tim Quallis. Tim Quallis is a local TV personality, he produces no-budget infomercials for local merchants. If you look at the programming schedule for channel 28 (the Leased Access channel) the majority of it (probably 80%) is programming that he produced, and as if that isn't bad enough, he's rapidly consuming the available airtime on channel 66 (the new Leased Access channel the local cable provider set up because he was taking up so much airtime on channel 28) the production on these shows is truly toilet-worthy. And the way he presents these merchants and their products is just awful. Also, he should really consider purchasing a suit (dark) where the jacket matches the pants, and maybe a plain red tie or several (see, if you wear a nice dark suit and a red tie on TV, nobody will care that you don't know about what your talking about, they'll just wonder where you got that nice dark suit and red tie.)

flaky actors

I have spent the better part of a year figuring out how to make a movie with no money, I have now shot all but one critical scene, and now the other actor in the scene has decided she doesn't want to come shoot the scene.

Well, one ray of hope is that I've started scripting the next video(which actually may end up being a film!) and I'm tooling 1 or 2 ideas to work with the footage that I have to try and stitch something together (9:30 PM Saturday, Spet. 27, ch. 66 (2 days before my b-day) is the airdate)
