Life goes on. I went through the intial shock of the news on Monday. I was saddened by his death - he knew very well the risks involved with his job. His family knew those risks as well. So now we go on. They show up to military funerals for people who died fighting in Iraq, heckling the funeral with claims the soliders deserved to die because our country has some tolerance for certain groups of people. What I find interesting is that the site is visited by a ton of kids (ages 14 to 18), and they have all been respectful of people that feel a sadness for his passing. When a bunch of children can show more respect for each other than a group of grown men... Even if you didn't care for Irwin, I am shocked at the lack of respect for fellow forum members when some can't keep from posting negative things about the others' grief. Nobody asked anyone to post their grief, or even feel anything over his death. All we expect from each other is a little respect, but I guess that's too much to expect.  |  IP: Logged
