Yea, I work sometimes in Oregon, but I make sure that I fill up in Idaho since I don't like full serve. 2 reasons: 1-gas at full serve stations is 20 cents more than in Idaho and, 2-clowns at the full serve stations doing the fill, can't do the service right at times. Rather do it myself.
Yet, I know it's a work incentive situation in Oregon (since they don't have sales tax, in which they really need it...), thus the full-serve situation. Or, could it be a liability/insurance thing....
