Rated G Winston Churchill was a quite a character. Here, for your enjoyment, is a bit of a description of him: (1) Seeing how rude Churchill was to his wife (and everyone else), a lady once told him, "Winston, if I was your wife, I would poison your tea." Churchill replied, "And madame, if I was your husband, I would drink it." Ouch. (2) At a dinner a party, a (different) lady thought Churchil had had a bit too much to drink, and told him so: "Winston, you are drunk." Churchill's answer: "And madame, you are ugly. The difference is, in the morning, I will be sober." Ouch Ouch. (3 and final) The famous playwright George Bernard Shaw, once wrote a letter to Churchill along these lines: "...I would be delighted if you could attend the first performance of my new play...You may bring a friend, if you have one." Churchill was not going to take that sitting down; his reply: "I apologize that I cannot attend the first performance of your play, but I will be happy to attend the second performance, if you have one."

Rated G A little girl says, "Grandpa, can I sit on your lap? "Why sure you can," her grandfather replied. As she is sitting on grand dad's lap she says, "Grandpa, can you make a sound like a frog?" "A sound like a frog? Well, sure Grandpa can make a sound like a frog." The girl says, "Grandpa, will you please, please MAKE a sound like a frog?" Perplexed, her grand dad says, "Sweet heart, why do you want me to make a sound like a frog?" And the little girl says, "'Cause Grandma said that when you croak, we're going to Florida!"

Rated G Nuclear Engineer's Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe: Ingredients: 1) 532.35 cm3 gluten 2) 4.9 cm3 NaHCO3 3) 4.9 cm3 refined halite 4) 236.6 cm3 partially hydrogenated tallow triglyceride 5) 177.45 cm3 crystalline C12H22O11 6) 177.45 cm3 unrefined C12H22O11 7) 4.9 cm3 methyl ether of protocatechuic aldehyde 8) Two calcium carbonate-encapsulated avian albumen-coated protein 9) 473.2 cm3 theobroma cacao 10) 236.6 cm3 de-encapsulated legume meats (sieve size #10) To a 2-L jacketed round reactor vessel (reactor #1) with an overall heat transfer coefficient of about 100 Btu/F-ft2-hr, add ingredients one, two and three with constant agitation. In a second 2-L reactor vessel with a radial flow impeller operating at 100 rpm, add ingredients four, five, six, and seven until the mixture is homogenous. To reactor #2, add ingredient eight, followed by three equal volumes of the homogenous mixture in reactor #1. Additionally, add ingredient nine and ten slowly, with constant agitation. Care must be taken at this point in the reaction to control any temperature rise that may be the result of an exothermic reaction. Using a screw extrude attached to a #4 nodulizer, place the mixture piece-meal on a 316SS sheet (300 x 600 mm). Heat in a 460K oven for a period of time that is in agreement with Frank & Johnston's first order rate expression (see JACOS, 21, 55), or until golden brown. Once the reaction is complete, place the sheet on a 25C heat-transfer table, allowing the product to come to equilibrium.

Rated G Dear Ann Landers: You ran a piece in your column a while back that had everyone in our office laughing out loud. We wish you would reprint it, please. It was "A Dog Named Sex." -- Anonymous but Faithful Readers in Los Angeles Dear L.A. Faithful: That column is one of the most requested I have ever printed. Here it is again: A Dog Named Sex By Morty Storm
Everybody who has a dog calls him "Rover" or "Boy." I call mine "Sex." He's a great pal, but he has caused me a great deal of embarrassment.
When I went to city hall to renew his dog license, I told the clerk I would like a license for Sex. He said, "I'd like one, too!" Then I said, "But this is a dog." He said he didn't care what she looked like. Then I said, "You don't understand. I've had Sex since I was 9 years old." He winked and said, "You must have been quite a kid." When I married and went on my honeymoon, I took the dog with me. I told the motel clerk that I wanted a room for my wife and me, and a special room for Sex. He said, "You don't need a special room. As long as you pay your bill, we don't care what you do." I said, "Look, you don't seem to understand. Sex keeps me awake at night." The clerk said, "Funny -- I have the same problem." One day, I entered Sex in a contest, but before the competition began, the dog ran away. Another contestant asked me why I was just standing there, looking disappointed. I told him I had planned to have Sex in the contest. He told me I should have sold my own tickets. "But you don't understand," I said. "I had hoped to have Sex on TV." He said, "Now that cable is all over the place, it's no big deal anymore." When my wife and I separated, we went to court to fight for custody of the dog. I said, "Your Honor, I had Sex before I was married." The judge said, "The courtroo isn't a confessional. Stick to the case, please." Then I told him that after I was married, Sex left me. He said, "Me, too." Last night, Sex ran off again. I spent hours looking all over town for him. A cop came over to me and asked, "What are you doing in this alley at 4 o'clock in the morning?" I told him that I was looking for Sex. My case comes up Friday.

The same goes for sheep in Montana. It is illegal for couples to sleep together naked in hotels in Hastings, Neb. In the town of Alexandria, Minn., a man cannot legally make love to his wife if his breath reeks of garlic, onions, or sardines. For a women to sport a corset is against the law in Maryville, Mo., because "the privilege of admiring the curvaceous, unencumbered body of a young woman should not be denied to the normal, red-blooded American male. In Georgia, both adultery and intercourse between unmarried couples are against the state laws. Now we know why moved to Alabama
